Yes you can live on a $1100 in Nicaragua. A great overview on monthly household expenses while living in San Juan Del Sur. We have similar expenses except car maintenance and gas, since we do work and travel to listings, and meet with clients. If we delete our business costs we are about $1000 to $1200 a month, depending on work we have on our the farm. #TheNicaraguanRealEstateTeam
