We specialize in the sale of properties, both commercial and residential, we assist in new construction and spec homes. We work with local builders, developers and architects to create your vision into a plan that can be build upon.
We provide Buyer and Seller exclusive representation.
Currently we have four real estate members in our Team, all of whom have had significant experience in the purchase of real estate, managing projects and or property managment.
We have listings in Granada, and in other communities such as Pochomil, Huehuete, Jinotepe and Managua, Ostional, San Juan Del Sur, Gran Pacifica and other communities in Nicaragua
We have two USA licensed real estate agents on our team, one is a broker and another is sales agent. Ghislaine and Paul are members of NAR-National Association of REALTORS® which requires us to adhere to strict ethical standards set forth by NAR. In fact we are one of a few in Nicaragua that have a real estate license and that are allowed to use the term "REALTOR®", and have been since 2015 the only REALTOR® in the greater Granada market.
CANIBIR (Cámara Nicaragüense de Bienes Raices) would translate to Chamber of Nicaraguan Real Estate. CANIBIR is like being a member of a real estate association in the USA. Nicaragua Law 602 establishes how the real estate market in Nicaragua should operate, CANIBIR works within this frame work to continue to develop procedures how the real estate market should operate, be transparent with high standards to protect the Buyer and Seller, and create a MLS. Our agents are members of CANIBIR and NAR.
Our Group of agents hold the following designations and certifications: CCIM, CIPS, TRC, ABR, e-PRO, CRS, CSP, GRI, and SRS. The importance of these designations and certifications is that our team continues to obtain additional education and knowledge to ensure our clients, that we are well versed and knowlegeable in real estate business trends, current issues and how we can navigate around these issues to resolve client needs when they buy and dispose of real estate in Nicaragua.
