Our sole focus is client centric where the client always comes first and its core to our business strategy of the Nicaragua Real Estate Team, it’s you the client that determines the services we offer, how we deliver and offer those services you require to purchase or dispose of real estate, when those real estate services are delivered. 

That is our sole focus.


To enable us to deliver these client centric services we must provide an up to date and robust technology platform that enables us to communicate to the client and market the properties. That includes the requirement that we are well trained and continue to educate ourselves on market trends. In addition, we are transparent, ethical real estate professionals that abide by the highest real estate and REALTOR® standards. 

That is the meaning of what we call a client centric approach to enable us to provide a positive experience and build long-term relationships.

We specialize in the sale of properties, both commercial and residential, we assist in new construction and spec homes. We work with local builders, developers and architects to create your vision into a plan that can be build upon.

We provide Buyer and Seller exclusive representation.

Currently we have four real estate members in our Team, all of whom have had significant experience in the purchase of real estate, managing projects and or property managment.

We have listings in Granada, and in other communities such as Pochomil, Huehuete, Jinotepe and Managua, Ostional, San Juan Del Sur, Gran Pacifica and other communities in Nicaragua


We have two USA licensed real estate agents on our team, one is a broker and another is sales agent. Ghislaine and Paul are members of NAR-National Association of REALTORS® which requires us to adhere to strict ethical standards set forth by NAR. 


Our Group of agents hold the following designations and certifications: CCIM, CIPS, TRC, ABR, e-PRO, CRS, CSP, GRI, and SRS. The importance of these designations and certifications is that our team continues to obtain additional education and knowledge to ensure our clients, that we are well versed and knowlegeable in real estate business trends, current issues and how we can navigate around these issues to resolve client needs when they buy and dispose of real estate in Nicaragua.
